On Birthing, Vulnerability, and the Art of Transformation
Newsletter - Montreal, October 18, 2025
This won’t be the first time I start a text by saying:
I’m terrible at promoting my events, my work, my gifts.
I was just talking about this with a friend (and with my coach, Daphne Lorian) this week:
despite all the posts, videos, and content you see from me on social media —
and even though I’m way more visible and active than most of my friends —
I still feel a certain vulnerability when it comes to promoting what I do.
Sharing my emotions, my poetry, my stories, photos of myself — all good.
I can do that (almost).
But saying “HEY LOOK, I’M FACILITATING AN AMAZING RITUAL / WORKSHOP, COME SIGN UP!”
That’s hard.
And that’s not even talking about the new offerings — deeper, richer, more substantial ones — that I’m launching in the coming weeks and months.
Yet this summer, during my umpteenth ISTA and other trainings, I finally realized that I needed to stop paying for more trainings and start seriously transmitting everything I’ve learned.
So over the past month, I sat down and started creating.
I have so many ideas still sleeping inside me — it feels like I could offer months of content, given all the topics I’m passionate about (and that could interest you too).
But… how do I talk about it?
How do I explain the benefits of something that’s about mystery, about embodied experiences, about rituals, about learning how to be?
My coach said to me:
“Talk about what makes you vibrate.”
The problem is — everything makes me vibrate.
And if I’m not directly invited to talk about something, I often stay quiet.
(Apparently that’s a Generator thing in Human Design, hello!)
So I asked ChatGPT to ask me questions to figure out what to tell you.
I made videos, reels, posts.
I’m a bit all over the place.
There’s just so much.
Not exactly a perfect marketing strategy, as you can imagine.
But hey — you’ve got to start somewhere.
So here it is.
The thing I’m most excited about right now is that in November,
I’ll be offering Facilitating Transformation ~ Training in the Art of Facilitation
(and yes, there’s more exciting stuff below, keep reading).
I’m bringing together seven years of experience and expertise (yes, I said the word!) to support facilitators, guides, and practitioners to better guide their clients.
I called it Facilitating Transformation because that’s what I do:
I create spaces — containers — for humans (myself included) to come out changed.
To me, it’s the most beautiful job in the world:
to create, to accompany, to witness transformation —
from the most subtle to the most profound.
Some people bring babies into the world.
I help adults (re)birth themselves.
Something like that.
The training is for anyone who already facilitates or wants to start —
therapists, coaches, guides, ritualists.
And if you want to start somewhere,
on October 29, I’ll be offering a free webinar: “The 5 Mistakes of Facilitation.” (in French)
(Still reading? Cool 😄)
And speaking of transformation —
I currently have a few open spots this fall for individual or couples coaching, as well as devotional massage sessions.
