A few words about my work.

Since 2016, I’ve been accompanying hundreds of clients to find their way back to their body, using different tools and modalities, from massage therapy to ayurveda, then somatic sex education and neo-tantric practices, in private sessions or in group workshops.
In the meantime, I’ve been accumulating hours and weeks of teachings, training and experience, in somatics, trauma integration, nervous system regulation, Tantra, shamanism, conscious touch, communication, meditation, BDSM…
While having a deep spiritual anchoring, my work is pragmatic, body- and evidenced-based, trauma-informed and aims to integrate the wholeness of being, and the uniqueness of who you are.
My own personal experience and healing journey is deeply intertwined with the professional role I embody, as a guide and a facilitator.
I am grateful to consider this work a soul-purpose.
At the moment I write these lines, my work-life is divided in three “pieces” or “sides”:
entrepreneur, founder and chief executive at Ecstatic Temple, a community based non-profit which support the expansion of individual and collective consciousness through sex-positive workshops and group events
facilitator, content creator and space holder for group workshops and intentional spaces, at Ecstatic Temple in Montréal and other locations (Toronto Tantra Festival, …)
conscious intimacy guide for individuals and couples (this is you!)
Beside that, I am undertaking about 3 to 5 trainings and courses (usually several days or sometimes even months-long) each year to deepen my knowledge, experience and practice in these fields.
And, like most human beings on this continent, I’m trying to have a healthy lifestyle, sleep, movement, enjoy life and nurture my relationships with my beloved, friends, family and nature.
After all these years and various projects, it is still a great honor for me to be in service of your process, and make some special time for it.
Wherever you are on your journey, I love crafting a bridge for you to get where you wish to be. I enjoy making spiritual concepts accessible, bringing together different perspectives, designing a ritual just for you. I love touch, movement, play, mindgames, and bringing awareness to subtle things. And I’m always humbled to witness you respecting your pace.

As we work together, I am fully and wholeheartedly present with you, for you. I commit to give the best of my knowledge, experience and creativity to support your process, while respecting both our boundaries and integrity.
Whatever my expertise and experience is, I wish to remind you : you are the one taking decisions. You are the one in charge of your own journey. You are the one in your body-mind, and there is no one better placed to know what YOU want and feel.
As I like to say :
I am but just the guide. I can show you the door, give you the tools and directions, turn on the light on some shadows, but in the end, you are the one who is gonna take the next step.
