touching the invisible

Newsletter - Dec 17th

This week, one of my clients wrote to me saying:
“I’m emotionally tired. A lot is happening right now, and I don’t feel like opening new processes.”

We kept our session, and together we co-created a container that allowed them to set down their emotions, their fatigue, everything they were carrying.

After a time of conversation to welcome what was present, I took the time to listen to their body and to follow my hands—mostly in silence. Very slowly, and with their consent, I touched their back, their neck, their heart. Together, we breathed, sang, vibrated.

As we were coming to the end, I asked:
“What would help you close this experience?”
“My hands,” they replied. “I want to feel that they can let go of what they’re holding.”

I left the session feeling resourced. Nourished. Inspired.
By them. By the act of presence. By the power of something so simple, and yet so profound.
I think I had forgotten how much I love touching the invisible.

2025 is coming to an end.

Like many of you, I’m tired of this grey, cold autumn. I celebrate the early snow, and I patiently wait for the days to grow longer.

2026 is preparing itself with major professional changes for me, and despite my excitement for what’s next, I feel the need to slow down. To integrate. To breathe. To replenish.

This session reminded me of my desire to return to a simple and pure form of my work: co-regulation, and “energetic” care (for me, energy is just as physical and emotional as it is ethereal).

At the beginning of this new year, I feel the impulse to offer once again—for a limited time—sessions of conscious touch.
Sessions of about two hours, where we create a bubble, and time stands still.

Through touch, meditation, sound, breath, and the dialogue between my hands and your body, I offer you unconditional presence, a time of deep relaxation, and a space to fully lay yourself down—just as you are, with everything you carry.
